Hello! I'm Ricky, a senior at Harvard University studying Statistics.
I'm a first-generation college student originally from New Hampshire.
On campus, I serve as a Run Leader for
Harvard on the Move
and Co-Captain for the Peer Concentration Advising program in the
Department of Statistics.
Previously, I served as President for the
Group for Undergraduates in Statistics at Harvard.
Broadly, I'm interested in data science, machine learning, and causal inference.
Previously, I worked with
Prof. Sebastian Munoz-Najar Galvez
to study generative AI and its effects on college writing.
Currently, I'm working with
Prof. Francesca Dominici
to develop and apply methods in causal inference in the context of air pollution and spatiotemporal data.
I'm also passionate about education.
I've held various roles at
Breakthrough Manchester,
a non-profit supporting underrepresented students on their path to college.
Outside of academics, I enjoy spending time outdoors and with friends.
If anything I mentioned sounds interesting, feel free to connect with me and send a message.
I would love to discuss with you my research, my favorite trails to run—or anything in between!
